I ordered this vinyl and it came in, I was super excited and every other record seemed to be fine. This one however had a bend, now it was sealed and there seemed to be no other damage so my assumption is it was a distributor issue but when I contacted to just make them aware, pale blue dot sent me another. This is the type of customer service that is above and beyond and it has made me a repeat customer. I cannot say anything better about the communication involved and the shipping speed was just as fast as well. This has become my new go to.

This vinyl was very hard to find. It’s a great album by The Used and one of my favorites. I had a couple bad experiences with other companies but glad I found Pale Blue Dot. The quality of my vinyl received was perfect. Shipping was fast. Seller was communicative.
