Do you have a brick and mortar store?
No, we are an online, independent record store. Our warehouse is located in Oakland Park, Florida. If you are local and prefer to pick up your order to avoid shipping costs, please contact us before you place your order. Provide your name and the item(s) you would like to order, and we can arrange for a local pickup at our warehouse. You cannot place local pickup orders through our website.
I’m looking for a record that’s not listed on your site. Do you take special orders?
Absolutely! Please contact us with the artist name, album title, and UPC (if you have it). If this record is widely unavailable, it is unlikely that we can get it for you immediately.
Do you offer price matching?
We are happy to offer competitive pricing, but we have no official price matching policy. We appreciate your business and will do our best to match competitor pricing if you contact us before you place the order.
Issues with your record
My record is skipping. What should I do?
Check out our instructions on how to clean your vinyl and adjust your turntable setup. If you try that, and you’re still having issues, contact us.
Why does my record sounds slowed down and too low?
You’re likely playing the record at a reduced speed, causing distortion. Try changing the speed setting on your turntable.
My order didn’t arrive (lost or stolen), but the shipment tracking says it was delivered. What can I do?
Please contact us with your name and order number, and we will open a shipping insurance claim on your behalf. If the claim is accepted by the insurance company, we will ship you a replacement record (if in stock). If the record is unavailable, we will issue you a full refund, including what you paid for shipping.
International shipping looks expensive. Are there less expensive options?
International shipping rates are estimates. If you contact us before you place your order, we may be able to calculate a lower shipping rate. Please include the products you want to order and the shipping address.
I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I fix this?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us with your name, order number, and the correct shipping address, and we will correct the error before we ship it. If your order is already out for shipment, we don’t have the ability to change the shipping address. Shipping insurance does not cover this.
Can I pick up my order in person to avoid shipping fees?
Please contact us with your name and the item(s) you would like to order, and we can arrange for a local pickup at our warehouse in Oakland Park, Florida. You cannot place local pickup orders through our website.
What is carbon-neutral shipping?
We provide carbon-neutral shipping with every order. When you shop with us, a small contribution is made to purchase carbon removal credits, which support initiatives that pull carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere and store it long term.
What does the free shipping insurance cover?
Shipping insurance is included with every order at no additional cost to you. Lost, stolen, and damaged records (postal carrier damage only) are covered 100%. If you need to file a shipping insurance claim, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will open the claim on your behalf. If the claim is accepted by the insurance company, we will ship you a replacement record (if in stock). If the record is unavailable, we will issue you a full refund, including what you paid for shipping.
How do you package records for safe shipping?
Our recyclable boxes and mailers are designed to protect album sleeve corners, avoid bending, and reduce impact during shipping. We use Whiplash and Mighty Music mailers. This minimal-waste, low-hassle packaging does not use packing peanuts nor plastic inserts.
How can I return a record?
We accept returns of unsealed, unused records and defective records within 30 days of delivery. Due to the cost of international shipping, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, nor returns on international orders. Please contact us to request a return shipping label to return the product. Whenever possible, please use the original shipping box to return your item(s). Read our return and refund policy.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive the product you are returning, we will process your refund within two business days. Each payment institution (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay installments) has its own refund processing timeline.
