Just before Christmas I ordered this for my daughter and when she opened it, we discovered that the vinyl was warped. After contacting and confirming that it was warped PBDR sent us a new one in perfect condition. The process was thoughtful, kind, and easy. This is one of my daughter's favorite albums and she plays it all the time. 100% recommend PBDR and this edition of Vessel!
