Shipping policy

• Shipping times are estimates and transit times may vary. While we usually ship the next business day, please allow us up to 5 business days handling time for each shipment. Shipping charges on all premium shipping options (non-media mail) are non-refundable. Flat rate media mail shipping is intended for individual consumers and not bulk purchasing, we reserve the right to request additional payments for bulk purchases using our flat rate shipping service.
• If you would like your pre-orders and in-stock items shipped separately, please order them separately. Otherwise, we will ship all your items, when the last title is released!
• Street dates for pre-orders are tentative and are subject to change.
• All orders include free shipping insurance that covers both the purchase and shipping costs. In the event of a lost or damaged package an insurance claim will be made on your behalf. If the claim is accepted by the insurance company we will send you a replacement, if no replacements are available we will refund you your purchase amount. If the insurance claim is not accepted no refund or replacement will be provided.

International Shipping

• Every international order includes shipping insurance that covers both the purchase and shipping costs. In the event of a lost or damaged package an insurance claim will be made on your behalf. If the claim is accepted by the insurance company we will refund you the amount offered in the claim. If the insurance claim is not accepted no refund will be provided.
• Any duties, taxes and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or otherwise invalid shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be contacted by email to confirm a corrected shipping address and will be invoiced for the cost of reshipping the order.

Customers have 7 days from the date we contact them to provide a corrected shipping address and pay the reshipping invoice.

If the customer prefers a refund instead of having the order reshipped, the order will be refunded to the original payment method, minus the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will automatically be refunded to the original payment method, minus the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on orders returned due to address issues.
