In honor of it's 20th anniversary, Anna & Elizabeth's self-titled album will now be available as a special release for the first time on vinyl. On their second album, now considered a contemporary folk classic and major influence on experimental folk, Anna & Elizabeth honor Appalachian artistry and shed new light upon tradition. A collection of 16 traditional songs thoughtfully gathered and interpreted, the album guides listeners through the duo's intense personal connection with each song, for an experience that is as warm and intimate as their one-of-a-kind live performances. Soaring through rousing old-time dance numbers, haunting Appalachian ballads and lilting lullabies, Anna & Elizabeth showcase the incredible vocal capabilities of both LaPrelle and Roberts-Gevalt, and shimmers with breathtaking moments of harmony, all laid atop masterfully executed instrumentals. Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
