Bim Skala Bim's 'Boston Blue Beat' sound is a mix of upbeat 2 tone ska, alt-rock, calypso and reggae - and the key to their signature sound is an unchanged line up since formation in 1983. In 2021, they treated fans to a brand new album entitled 'Sonic Tonic', proving once again why they are one of America's premier bands who kickstarted ska's third wave. The new album sparked interest in their back catalog, and over the past few years original copies of their first three albums have become increasingly hard to find. To ensure that new vinyl fans have access to these stone cold classics, Jump Up Records has embarked on a three volume 'Best of Bim' series - the first volume released to coincide with their 2025 European tour. Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
