Vinyl LP pressing. Live album from the German progressive/hard rock legend on the band's own label LOOK AT ME as a vinyl edition. BIRTH CONTROL were undoubtedly one of the most internationally successful progressive/hard rock bands of German provenance in the 1970s. Since their spectacular album debut, which was released on the cult label Ohr in 1970, the formation has released more than thirty long players to date, including timeless classics such as Operation, Hoodoo Man (with the disco hit Gamma Ray) or Plastic People. Birth Control is releasing a live album for Record Store Day '24 on April 20, 2024, the first live vinyl in almost 45 years. It was recorded in December 2023 in the Tresohr Studios in Oberhausen in a completely sold-out large recording room with 80 fans. 6 wild live tracks, 5 of which are exclusive versions of the studio album Open Up, released in 2022. The recording of this living room concert brings Birth Control to the point in 41 minutes.
