The last of the seven recordings Chet Baker made for SteepleChase is from 1986. Chet visited Copenhagen in February 1986 to make a TV show and then went into a Copenhagen studio with American/European first- rate rhythm section. It was two years before his tragic and untimely death in Amsterdam at age 58. Baker's life was still shaky but productive as far as recordings and live performance are concerned. "... A rather melancholic session, but one of the better ones from the period. Lacy is a much-underrated piano player. He gives Chet a great deal of room... Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
