When Chloe Moriondo began work on her new album, she was thinking about open water. Time off from writing and touring after some challenging personal circumstances had given the critically acclaimed singer-songwriter space to think, and she poured all her oceanic energy into oyster, out March 28th via Public Consumption/Fueled By Ramen. Led by contemplative single “shoreline” (“a bold and affecting turn” – Consequence) and the delightfully creepy “hate it,” the record was assembled with a close-knit team of cowriters and producers including Jonah Summerfield (Holly Humberstone, Tommy Lefroy), Chloe Kraemer (The Japanese House), AfterHrs, and more. oyster finds Moriondo – who has performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and received praise from the likes of The New York Times – pulling from all her musical palettes, from earnest balladry to explosive hyperpop, from cathartic pop-punk to sparkling indie-pop, to craft a sound all her own. Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
