Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. Elton John was a superstar when he released Don't Shoot Me I'm Only the Piano Player in 1973, his most direct, pop-oriented album to date. Designed as a pastiche of classic and contemporary pop styles, the album demonstrates the diversity of the Elton John/Bernie Taupin team. Don't Shoot Me I'm Only the Piano Player was his second straight #1 album in the US, yielding his first No. 1 single in both the US and Canada: "Crocodile Rock". "Daniel" was also a major hit from the album, giving him his second Canadian #1 single on the RPM Top Singles Chart and just missing the top slot south of the border, stalling at #2 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and reaching #4 in the UK, one place higher than achieved by "Crocodile Rock".

Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
