Details: Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. Pianist Herbie Hancock showcased the full breadth of his artistry on his masterful 4th Blue Note album Empyrean Isles recorded in 1964. The album presented 4 diverse original compositions including the hit song "Cantaloupe Island" performed a deeply attuned quartet featuring Freddie Hubbard on trumpet, Ron Carter on bass, and Tony Williams on drums. Blue Note Classic Vinyl Edition is stereo, all-analog, mastered by Kevin Gray from the original master tapes.

Just perfect!
Been looking for the specific Vinyl for years and finally found it here. I was skeptical at first, but decided to purchase it and I am so glad I did!!! The record is perfect, and it is even a clear version of the vinyl which I did not know they made. Could not be happier.

I ordered this vinyl and it came in, I was super excited and every other record seemed to be fine. This one however had a bend, now it was sealed and there seemed to be no other damage so my assumption is it was a distributor issue but when I contacted to just make them aware, pale blue dot sent me another. This is the type of customer service that is above and beyond and it has made me a repeat customer. I cannot say anything better about the communication involved and the shipping speed was just as fast as well. This has become my new go to.
Bought here specifically because I found TDH for a good price but the customer service made it so much better. This particular album came in perfect. Will be ordering from here again.
