U.S. Progressive/Melodic Death Metal duo, Iapetus, have returned! The band is set to release their first new album since 2019's critically acclaimed, The Body Cosmic! Willowtip will release the new opus, The Mother Void, on October 16.Joining core members Matthew Cerami and Jordan Navarro on the album is featured vocalist Fabienne Erni of Eluveitie, along with several notable guest musicians, including drummer Brody Taylor Smith (Invent Animate), guitarist Benji Baret (Ne Obliviscaris), and vocalist Frank Harper (Caelestra).Iapetus released the following statement concerning The Mother Void:""The Mother Void is the story of a mother and a son; of mankind and the cosmos; of feeling destined to failure in a world designed to destroy. Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
