Details: 2012 reissue of classic 1968 vinyl LP. Janis Joplin belts it like no other on her heart-stopping final album with Big Brother and the Holding Company. Her fiery "Piece of My Heart" takes every ounce of her emotional soul laid bare, and even today her powerful voice still haunts and captivates audiences of all ages. Surprisingly, the song only peaked at #12 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1968. The entire album did climb straight to #1 in late summer 1968. Other classic numbers include "Ball & Chain" and "Turtle Blues." They also do a rendition of "Summertime" that was embraced by hippies but infuriated its composer George Gershwin. Sony.

Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
