Acclaimed fiddler, singer, and songwriter Laura Cortese releases Lucky Water, her first album in six years, on October 9th. Nearly a decade after relocating to Belgium, Cortese channels the profound shifts of marriage, motherhood, and dual citizenship into a collection that moves fluidly between chamber folk, roots rock, and indie pop. Recorded at Betty's - the rural North Carolina studio opened by Sylvan Esso - and produced by LOLLIES, Lucky Water transforms uncertainty and displacement into an affirmation of the relationships and communities that sustain us. In support of the album, Cortese embarks on a North American tour in October. Pressed on Classic Black Vinyl.

Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
