Lucid Express are a group of five young dreamers from Hong Kong creating soaring, bittersweet gaze-soaked rock. The follow up to their 2021 self-titled debut album, Instant Comfort, will be released on February 20, 2026 via Kanine Records. With Instant Comfort featuring their most intricately layered arrangements to date, Lucid Express enlisted shoegaze-auteur Kurt Feldman (The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, The Depreciation Guild) to mix and master - resulting in elevating the band's sound to it's clearest and most exhilarating yet. Convening via Discord, Instant Comfort was shaped through marathon overnight trans-pacific sessions between the band in Hong Kong and Feldman in New York City-a shared quest for perfection playing out from midnight through sunrise. Infused with equal parts creeping melancholia and hopeful romanticism, disorienting feelings are embraced in these new songs. Airy melodies are anchored by heavy wall of guitars: see "Promise Me" and "Something Blue." Lucid Express has previously toured the US with Punchlove and Blushing and has graced prestigious festival slots across Asia and America, including Clockenflap, LEVITATION and Slide Away. New US tour dates to be announced.

Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
