A journey through Latin, island, exotica & global groove" for fans of LA LOM, Balthvs Glass Beams & Hermanos Gutierrez. Magic Sands is an instrumental collective of LA musicians assembled drummer Ryan Miller in 2025. The debut album "Limón y Agua" was written, recorded & produced live & spontaneously in a two-day sessions, capturing an authentic moment in time through its tropical, exotic soundscapes and playful melodies. The name "Magic Sands" comes from a beach on the Island of Hawai’i with the namesake, referring to how the sand vanishes and reappears due to the strong ocean currents. The name represents the nature of the project itself - an ever changing collective of musicians, a project that can shift sonically from one song to the next, and each record thereafter. Limited edition clear green colored vinyl with gatefold jacket and collectable obi strip.

Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
