PRODUCT DETAILS
Recorded with an acoustic arrangement of acoustic guitar and djembe, this is Nagisa Ni Te's 1998 second album and their only live recording.A real-life documentary of a solo performance held in July 1997 in Tokyo, amidst a scorching heatwave, in a room of a wooden apartment building that was nothing more than a so-called "free space."Moreover, the venue lacked air conditioning-a harsh condition forcing the performer to play with the windows wide open, occasionally blending outside noise and dog barks into the music, creating an "environmental music" piece. This unique work was created precisely because the performer resolved never to play in such a place again, finding the very idea both peculiar and intriguing.
