Item did not come new. Came in a static sleeve and outter sleeve. Reached out to Pale due dot records and they insisted that this is how they come in and assured it was not used. Other sites with same record came sealed so it was interesting to get that reply from Pale Blue.

Hi Jamila,

This is Tristan, the owner of Pale Blue Dot Records. So sorry for the confusion. This record was indeed brand new. This particular release had multiple pressings. The first pressing came from the label sealed in shrink wrap (which some sites still might carry). The second pressing which we had in stock when you purchased was sent from the label in an open ended plastic sleeve. If you look at the sleeve it includes a hype sticker from the label directly on it. This is very common in the record industry and we have had tons of releases that come in an outer sleeve instead of shrink wrap.

I hope that clears things up a bit and please let me know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else we can do to give you a 5 star experience.

All the best,

Tristan
