Rekids began 2016 with the launch of a then exciting new talent. South Korea-born DJ and producer Peggy Gou had been honing her production skills since her days in London. Newly based in Berlin at that time, Gou had drawn on her years of DJ'ing to help shape a sound that drew on Detroit & NYC house, as well as the African rhythmic sensibility and boogie funk influences she shared with Early Sounds duo Nu Guinea, with whom she had piano lessons and sought production advice from as her music took shape. In addition to her work as a stylist and fashion producer, Gou also drew on her art & design abilities to create the EP artwork. Originally released in 2016, now repressed for 2026.Tracklisting:A1. Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
