Details: Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. Animals is the tenth studio album by Pink Floyd, originally released in January 1977. It is a concept album that provides a scathing critique of the social-political conditions of late-70s Britain, and presents a marked change in musical style from their earlier work. Animals was recorded at the band's studio, Britannia Row, in London, but it's production was punctuated by the early signs of discord that three years later would culminate in keyboardist Richard Wright leaving the band. The album's cover image, a pig floating between two chimneys of the Battersea Power Station, was conceived by the band's bassist and lead songwriter Roger Waters, and was designed by long-time collaborator Storm Thorgerson of Hipgnosis. The album reached #2 on the UK Albums Chart. It was also a success in the United States, reaching #3 on the US Billboard 200.

I ordered this vinyl and it came in, I was super excited and every other record seemed to be fine. This one however had a bend, now it was sealed and there seemed to be no other damage so my assumption is it was a distributor issue but when I contacted to just make them aware, pale blue dot sent me another. This is the type of customer service that is above and beyond and it has made me a repeat customer. I cannot say anything better about the communication involved and the shipping speed was just as fast as well. This has become my new go to.
Bought here specifically because I found TDH for a good price but the customer service made it so much better. This particular album came in perfect. Will be ordering from here again.
