The album is remastered by Chris Athens (Drake, Beastie Boys). Both a pop masterpiece and a landmark in music production, months of intensive work resulted in a brilliant, immaculate sound, described today by singer Gartside as "pyrotechnics of pointillist syncopation". Overseen by iconic producer Arif Mardin and featuring some of New York's finest session musicians, Cupid & Psyche 85 took the band's acute pop sensibility to new, glittering heights, spawning five singles: Wood Beez, The Word Girl, Absolute, Perfect Way and Hypnotize, each a hit on one side of the Atlantic or the other. Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
