Prompt shipping, sturdy packaging, excellent sound. Spindle hole was a bit small for my record player, but that was an easily fixed issue. Happy with my purchase!
I am happy with the album and the customer service response to my inquiry about whether it shipped. I am really unhappy with the delivery by USPS- it left Pale Blue dot on Jan. 14, went to two Florida distribution centers, traveled to Philadelphia and arrived on the 16th ( and close to my home) but then inexplicably went to Memphis TN arriving on the 17th where it remained for some unknown reason for five additional days until the 22nd until it shipped out again, arriving on the 25th. Like what the ???!!! Very frustrating. Don’t know if there are other shipping options but I advise against USPS. Happy with album and price otherwise.
