Details: Remastered vinyl LP pressing. 1977's Foreign Affairs takes the jazz and poetry that Waits explored on his earlier albums in a more cinematic direction, foreshadowing his own breakthrough work in the '80s. Opening with the instrumental "Cinny's Waltz" and featuring some new standards like "Muriel" and "I Never Talk To Strangers," his dramatic duet with Bette Midler, the album gets into some of Waits' most ambitious storytelling ever. Foreign Affairs also features the jazzy, colorful "Jack and Neil" and the sweeping, dramatic "Potters Field" as well as the classic ballads "Burma Shave" and "Sight for Sore Eyes."

I ordered this vinyl and it came in, I was super excited and every other record seemed to be fine. This one however had a bend, now it was sealed and there seemed to be no other damage so my assumption is it was a distributor issue but when I contacted to just make them aware, pale blue dot sent me another. This is the type of customer service that is above and beyond and it has made me a repeat customer. I cannot say anything better about the communication involved and the shipping speed was just as fast as well. This has become my new go to.
Bought here specifically because I found TDH for a good price but the customer service made it so much better. This particular album came in perfect. Will be ordering from here again.

This vinyl was very hard to find. It’s a great album by The Used and one of my favorites. I had a couple bad experiences with other companies but glad I found Pale Blue Dot. The quality of my vinyl received was perfect. Shipping was fast. Seller was communicative. I definitely plan to purchase through them rather than dealing with the mess of going through another company in the future. 10/10 would recommend.
