A new hip-hop collective is quietly taking shape under the name Jazz Akrobatiks, bringing together some of the most respected voices in underground and classic hip-hop. The group unites MCs Awon, Beneficence, and the legendary Doodlebug of the Grammy-winning group Digable Planets, backed by the unmistakable sound of UK producer duo Jazz Spastiks.
Known for their warm, jazz-infused boom bap aesthetic, Jazz Spastiks lay down a rich sonic foundation - dusty drums, soulful samples, and head-nodding grooves - perfectly complementing the sharp lyricism, experience, and individuality of three seasoned voices on the mic. The result is a project deeply rooted in tradition, yet alive with a fresh and vibrant energy.
Their limited edition 7" vinyl single "Bubblin'" delivers a truly jazzy heater, with all three MCs trading verses in top form. Pressed especially for the true heads, the release captures a moment that feels both rare and essential. Records arrived inside the special record boxes, unopened, and in pristine condition. They didn't very long to begin the shipping either. Some places make you wait 3-5 days just to have it shipped out. They did not.
This is not about the product. I've ordered from PBD before and the Vinyls that come from them are wonderful and pressed really well!

USPS seemed to have goofed around a bit and cause a delay of about 1.5 weeks. Tristan was a highly communicative person and was reassuring with the options I had regarding if my order never arrived.
